On her second release with us, New Mexico's Experimental Housewife turns to the dancefloor with a remix EP titled "Neversummer." The 5-track EP is built around several centerpieces from her full-length, "Place Writer", with 3 remixes from Jacktone friends, Cherushii (100% Silk), CMD (Modular Systems) and David Last (theAgriculture).

"Neversummer" is the blissful meeting of darker drones and spartan grooves gradually overtaken by a hazy melody, propelled and accented by new layers of percussion. CMD's remix of the title track carries it further down the beautiful rabbit hole with an extended melody and effective bassline. Cherushii's take on "Canyon Guts" pumps up the bpm and teases out the groove into an extended, driving and ecstatic peak time jam. David Last applies an experimental lens to "Private Life," showcasing his bent circuit approach to dance music that is part head splitter, part dancefloor cruiser.
